The standard we hold

Three things we will never do

Many of the people who call us have already paid someone who promised the impossible. Here is what separates real education from a sales pitch.

01 — No lending We do not originate, broker, or arrange loans of any kind, and we take no commission from anyone who does.
02 — No credit repair We do not dispute items on your behalf or sell credit cards. We teach you to read your own file and act on it yourself.
03 — No promised numbers Nobody can guarantee a score. What we can promise is coursework, coaching hours, and materials you keep.

02 · How it works

From first call to finished coursework

  1. 01

    The 20-minute call

You describe where you are. We tell you plainly whether education is the right next step — and say so when it isn't.

  2. 02

    Review and scope

We go through your own documents together, name the two or three things that matter most, and agree the program in writing.

  3. 03

    Coursework and coaching

Modules week by week, with scheduled sessions in between. You do the work; the coach keeps you honest about it.

  4. 04

    Your own plan

You finish with a written plan, the workbooks, and a standing invitation to bring back questions as your situation changes.

04 · Who leads the firm

Philip-Blaine Adsit

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Philip-Blaine founded the firm on a single conviction: the people most affected by credit decisions are the ones given the least explanation. He built the firm around it, leads the coaching side of the business himself, and keeps the scope to education only — no lending, no credit repair, no referral fees.

He works out of both offices and takes consultation calls personally, because the first conversation is where honesty matters most.

Knowledge over numbers. A score you don't understand isn't progress — it's luck.

Platform questions

Everything you need to know about how the technology works and what to expect when you get started.

How does the platform work?

The platform combines AI-guided learning modules with live consulting sessions. You work through structured content at your own pace, and our advisors use the platform's tools to review your financial information with you in real time — turning raw data into a clear picture of where you stand and what to do next.

What financial information can the software analyze?

The software can work with business financial statements, cash flow records, credit reports, bank statements, and operational data you choose to upload. You control what you share — the platform analyzes only what you provide and never accesses accounts or pulls data on its own.

How does the technology turn financial data into actionable insights?

The platform identifies patterns in your financial data, flags areas of weakness or opportunity, and translates them into plain-language summaries. Each insight is paired with a specific recommended action — not generic advice, but steps calibrated to your actual numbers and business stage.

What tools are available inside the platform?

The platform includes guided learning modules, financial organization workbooks, a document management area, progress tracking, and a scheduling tool for advisor sessions. Everything is in one place so you are not switching between apps to manage your program.

How does the platform personalize the user experience?

At onboarding you answer a short set of questions about your business, goals, and current financial situation. The platform uses those answers to sequence your modules, surface the most relevant tools first, and help your advisor focus session time on the areas that matter most to you.

How does technology support better financial decision-making?

By organizing your information and making it readable. Most business owners make financial decisions from incomplete or disorganized data. The platform structures what you already have, fills in the gaps, and presents a clear summary so you can evaluate options from an informed position rather than guesswork.

Is my financial information secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell, share, or use your financial information for any purpose beyond delivering your program. You retain ownership of everything you upload, and you can request deletion of your data at any time.

Can I access the platform from any device?

Yes. The platform is fully browser-based and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. No app download is required. Your progress, documents, and session notes are synced across devices so you can pick up where you left off from anywhere.
